Capacitor mainly consists of metal elements and built-in cooling piper,the shell is made of aluminum alloy plate bending welding,and both side of the capacitor are welded lateral walls for lifting transporting and installation bracket.The box cover is provided with the copper terminal of the pipe and the porcelain casing,what’s more,the box is filled of special capacitor wax to improve the partial discharge performance and avoid the component oxidation,some capacitor is equipped with over -pressure protective device.
DC filter capacitor is made by metal capacitor elements with cooling water pipe inside,filled with the special wax which is solid in normal temperature,also equipped with special over pressure protection device when customer required.The DC filter capacitor is mainly used for the rectifier power supply system.Each performance of the capacitor meets related requirements of the standard GB/T 12747 “Self healing shunt capacitor for AC power system with nominal voltage 1 Kv or below”.
